Account Executive- Bookkeepers

The Finance Department is considered the backbone of an organization. Account Executives and Bookkeepers at YTA have excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance Analysts are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, and financial tools, and have strong problem-solving skills while cultivating an investigative nature. To ensure success, all of our accounts executives should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. All our executives have strong communication and report writing skills with superb technical ability and fantastic negotiation skills.

Accounts Executive Capabilities:

  • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
  • Update and maintain the general ledger.
  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system.
  • Recording of debits and credits.
  • Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers.
  • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
  • Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
  • Monitor any variances from the projected budget.

Accounts Executive Skills Possessed:

  • BSc in Accounting or Finance or partly qualified in CA/ CIMA/ ACCA equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience working with Xero online accounting software is a MUST.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to possess a good command of English and a positive approach towards working as a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and quick-thinking approach.
  • Sense of accountability and responsibility towards your work.
