Associate Project Managers Capabilities:

• Guiding project manager throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Proactively report progress and issues in JIRA
• Guiding customer and project manager conversations and providing technical advice where appropriate and ensuring deployment plans are achievable
• Providing methodology guidance and tailoring for the implementation approach
• Defining project deliverables /critical target milestones
• Setting up the necessary project structures, reporting, and forecasting

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:

• Degree in Information Technology or Project Management
• Following or completing CSM / CSPO / PMP Certification
• Ability to manage project teams.
• 1+ years of experience working on large-scale, multiple Scrum team projects
• Experience with Business Analysis project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
