- Delivering complex software implementation projects.
- Ensuring that all assigned projects are managed in line with the relevant project framework and delivered to agreed quality, scope, time and commercial terms
- Defining viable project objectives, scope and deliverables
- Applying project lifecycle, methodology and processes effectively
- Preparation and maintenance of all project documentation
- Work with technical leads to support the growth and development of teams
- Professional and effective planning and control
- Identifying and quantifying project risks and mitigating actions
- Identifying and delivering of improvements to the project delivery processes
- Effective management of assigned resource
- Adhering to agreed reporting and governance frameworks
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:
- Degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering or Higher
- CSM / CSPO / PMP Certification
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in software project delivery
- Manage development teams and members
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
- Extensive experience in managing multiple software development projects.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
