- Leading the RPA project and forming a team that will be responsible for automating manual processes across the business.
- Embedding automation processes within the organization and finding opportunities where automation can improve the customer experience.
- Owning solutions and process design activities, ensuring the appropriate review and approval process is followed.
- Defining and scope opportunities for automation, assessing impacts on people, processes, and systems.
- Estimating the level of effort required to configure/deliver RPA processes, working closely with the PM team.
- Maintaining BAU processes; exploring issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues, and barriers.
- Working closely with Data Warehouse and Data UI team to ensure agreed data streams are maintained.
- Producing Project documentation (Confluence, Jira)
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (optional)
- CSM / CSPO / PMP Certification
- Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experience in RPA solutions (UI Path, Blue Prism) desired
- Experience in script programming (e.g. VBA, PowerShell, python) crucial
- Experience in SQL desirable
- Manage development teams and members
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
- Extensive experience in managing multiple software development projects.
