- Understand business requirements by reviewing requirements documentation, technical specifications and UI/UX design materials.
- Working with Product Owners, Development Leaders, and other team members to plan and develop effective applications
- Accurately estimate deliverable timelines
- Continuously report progress throughout the development lifecycle
- Developing applications to integrate with the AWS platform using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies
- Integrating client-side and server-side application resources
- Thoroughly test applications to ensure the highest possible quality
- Maintaining an understanding of current technologies and practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences/workshops
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (optional)
- Zero experience required for intern and graduate roles. 1 - 5 years for associate and above roles
- Able to build web applications using either Angular, Vue or React frameworks.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Familiar with JSON Rest and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiar with basic web application security and authentication methods.
- Ability to use source code versioning and repository tools like GIT
- Good understanding of web application architecture and system design fundamentals.
