Senior Recruitment Specialist Capabilities:

  • Lead recruitment activities across the business.
  • Provide leadership and support to optimize recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Welcome newly hired employees and execute the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, and ensure a great experience for new employees.
  • Close monitoring of the recruitment plan to fill the required headcount in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and motivate team members in order to achieve the targets and goals of the department.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment MI.
  • Focus on constant improvement and acceleration of the onboarding process.
  • Ensure recruitment of the best staff while maintaining a continuous pipeline for new recruitment.
  • Attend interviews with candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Gather and fill all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements
  • Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
  • Streamline resourcing processes
  • Filter and shortlist CVs and applications
  • Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
  • Act as a subject matter expert and make recommendations on how to improve process efficiency

Senior Recruitment Specialist Skills Possessed:

  • BSc in HR or Business Management is required.
  • Minimum 3– 4 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven high-volume resourcing/recruitment background.
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • A keen interest in values-based recruitment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
  • Experience building recruitment policies and processes from the ground up experience.
  • Experience in producing, analyzing, and presenting MI reports.
