Senior HR Learning and Development Executives provided by YTA have excellent organizational and analytical skills required for the management of your company's HR Team. Our candidates possess strong leadership skills and are able to act with a strong sense of urgency and ownership with knowledge on the latest learning and development processes. Our candidates have outstanding communication, and report-writing skills with superb technical ability in the latest L&D methods including experience in conducting learning workshops.

Senior Learning & Development Executive Capabilities:

  • First point of contact for Training and Learning inquiries, admin operations of e-learning/learning management systems (LMS)
  • Compliance checks of employee accreditations and certifications.
  • New employee induction and training.
  • To be competent in the operation of the elements of the LMS system related to training and e-learning.
  • Accuracy and speed when inputting large volumes of data accurately e.g. creating e-learning accounts etc.
  • Respond to general office inquiries, taking ownership of queries, incidents, and training requests as necessary.
  • Following up on inquiries through to completion or escalation, as appropriate.
  • To display professionalism by means of prompt and high-quality communications (i.e. letters, emails and calls)
  • Support virtual/face-to-face learning sessions, including the administration of the course, managing question boxes, breakout rooms, and any other administrative duties required.
  • Create registers for training sessions and send reminders to delegates a week prior to their session(s)
  • Effectively file course completion records and store them appropriately.
  • Support managers with training and appraisal data queries.
  • To ensure data accuracy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Senior Learning & Development Executive Skills Possessed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, People Management, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in Human Resources.
  • Possession of exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiar with training, learning, and development.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
