Business Development Managers Capabilities:

  • Building client relationships to encourage sales, develop business and acquire new business.
  • Ensuring client budgets are properly utilized, ‘the right fit is assigned to the clients, and continuously fulfilling client requirements before the deadline.
  • Completing and updating CRM system with 100% accurate data.
  • Achieving the set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically).

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience Possessed:

  • BSc/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or CIM equivalent
  • Previous working experience in Business Development for 4-5 years
  • Previous experience with managing lead pipelines
  • Ability to work remotely without any disturbance to the work
  • Previous experience with managing Lead pipelines
  • Ability to hold a conversation in fluent & 100% English
  • Professional and friendly phone manners
  • Methodical, well-organized, and good work ethics
  • Problem-solving skills and quick-thinking approach
  • Sense of accountability and responsibility towards your work.
  • Previous experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot / Bitrix24
  • Confident communicating with business clients of all levels including the ability to advise, train and support where necessary.
