Finance managers are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, and financial tools, and have strong problem-solving skills while cultivating an investigative nature. To ensure success, our finance executives should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. All our executives have strong communication and report writing skills with superb technical ability and fantastic negotiation skills.Finance Executive Capabilities:
- Preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Recording daily transactions onto Xero.
- Preparing business activity statements.
- Reconcile all ledgers monthly.
- Overseeing credit control.
- Implementing and monitoring operational processes/ controls related to Finance.
- Running reports for Management as required.
- Prepare reposts and submissions to relevant government entities.
Finance Executive Skills Possessed:
- BSc in Accounting or Finance or partly qualified in CA/ CIMA/ ACCA equivalent.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Hands-on experience working with Xero online accounting software would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to possess a good command of English and a positive approach towards working as a team
- Problem-solving skills and quick-thinking approach.
- Sense of accountability and responsibility towards your work.
