Associate Creative Designer

Creative Designers at YTA have excellent creative, technical and organizational skills. They are highly knowledgeable in programming languages such as Angular, CSS, JS Script, HTML, and others languages. YTA Software Engineers are detail-oriented, knowledgeable about multiple programming languages, and have strong problem-solving skills. To ensure success, all of our software engineers and app developers have a deep commercial awareness, strong technical and team-building skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. Top applicants will have outstanding communication and technical skills with superb attention to detail and achieve the necessary project objectives.

Creative Designers Capabilities:

• Conducting user requirements gathering sessions.
• Using design thinking to understand user and business requirements.
• Developing wireframes and mock prototypes for Web and Mobile Apps.
• Presenting creative designs in tools like Figma / XD.
• Developing creative design and graphic elements from scratch.
• Presenting design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Conducting market research on competing benchmark products.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Graphic Design or Multimedia Design or Digital Marketing (optional)
• No experience required intern roles. 1 - 3 years experience for other roles.
• Using one or more design tools like Adobe suite, XD, Figma, Sketch
• Ability to use online collaboration tools like Office 365, Miro
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
