Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Higher
- An accredited qualification in Management would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst – Documentation Specialist
- Experience in developing technical software manuals
- Experience documenting procedures, standards, and processes to support the software development lifecycle.
