DevOps Engineer Capabilities:

• Handling version control, Continuous Integration servers, Configuration Management, Deployment Automation, Containers, and Infrastructure Orchestration.
• Monitoring and analytics, Testing and Cloud Quality tools, Network Protocols
• Ensuring implementations and development activities engineer towards improved knowledge base documentation (design, usage, maintenance, configuration, deployment)
• Helping design and deliver AWS cloud solutions - from migrating on-premises applications or building new cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Building operates and maintains a secure and reliable cloud platform to support software development projects
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and understanding in CICD tooling (Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Contributing to our Cloud Centre of Excellence
• Troubleshooting technical issues and detecting root causes for infrastructure issues
• Working with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes for system operation
• Assisting in providing post-migration support for customers
• Continuing product improvement (deployment, infrastructure, monitoring)

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience possessed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Higher
• Minimum 1 -3 years experience in a similar role
• DevOps Tools - AWS/ K8/ Other Certifications
• A DevOps/SRE, agile approach and mentality
• Good understanding on Scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks. For example: Terraform.
• Experience with configuration management using Ansible/Chef/Puppet.
• Familiarity with UNIX-based OS
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
